He further cemented his status as the best 2-year-old in Britain with a similar front running win in the Group 1 Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket. He beat a stellar field that day, including Group 1 winner Lucky Vega, the Gimcrack winner Minzaal, the July Stakes winner Tactical and Norfolk winner The Lir Jet. Supremacy hails from a high-class family including Group 1 winner Xtension and the world champion sprinter Harry Angel, he is the highest rated and best son of Mehmas (who has proven himself to be a prolific source of top-class juveniles) and was rated 118 at the end of his two-year-old campaign, 3 pounds higher than his sire.
The dam, Ha’penny Bridge, was an outstanding horse, she won one race and was listed placed in only 3 starts as a racehorse. She was retired rated 93.
