Amor De Mi Vida wins at Haydock

Amor De Mi Vida ran last night in the 5 furlong fillies handicap at Haydock.

She was drawn in stall 1 for the 7 runner event with Paul Mulrennan taking the mount aboard the Archie Watson trained 4 year old.

She broke smartly and travelled sweetly in the early stages of the race. Paul took up the lead with 2 furlongs to go, she drifted a little in the latter stages of the race but he kept her up to her work and she went on to score by a couple of lengths.

It was a career best performance under top weight and the 5th win of her career. She is in very good order. A big well done to her owners and surely there is more to come from the filly this year.
