Ontoawinner were delighted to secure another cracking colt at Tattersalls recent yearling sales. He heads to Eboracum Racing to begin his racing career.

A’Ali proved to be an outstanding two-year-old of his generation which saw him rated 111 by Timeform to be the top-rated juvenile over 5 furlongs in 2019. His Royal Ascot Norfolk Stakes (Group 2) win was followed up by victories in both the Prix Robert Papin (Group 2) and the Flying Childers Stakes (Group 2). Staying at the minimum distance, A’Ali won two further group races including the Sapphire Stakes (Group 2) the following season. A’Ali possesses all the qualities for him to continue the legacy of his potent sire-line, renowned for speed and precocity, his first yearlings sold this year for 200,000gns, £150,000, £130,000

The dam – Littlemisssunshine was a fantastic racehorse who achieved a highest rating of 98 during her career. She was a winner of 3 races and also placed 6th in the Queen Mary. She has produced 6 winners from her 8 progeny to race. She has produced two Royal Ascot runners, Soapy Aitken and Littlemissblakeney (rated 95).
