Alkumait filly.

Ontoawinner were delighted to secure another cracking filly at Goffs Orby sale. She is by Alkumait and goes into training with Craig Lidster.

Alkumait is by one of our favourite sires in Showcasing. He was a winner of 2 of his five starts before being retired to stud at 3. Both of his wins were at 2 years of age, including the Group 2 Mill Reef stakes, after which his rating soared to 113. Showcasing’s sons have excelled at stud its a bonus that Alkumait’s half brother – Chaldean (Frankel) won both the Group 1 Dewhurst Stakes at 2 and the Group 1 2000 Guineas last year.

The dam, Crystal Dream is by Oasis Dream, she was unraced and is the dam of 1 previous runner. The page is littered with black type on the dams side and this filly has been extremely well stamped by the sire.
