Corinthia Knight records a remarkable 16th career win

Corinthia Knight won again at Pontefract to make it 5 wins from 7 starts at the track for the Archie Watson trained son of Society Rock.

He led from pilar to post under Paul Mulrennan and was able to fend off all comers in the final 2 furlongs to go on to score by just over a length.

That was a remarkable 16th career win, and what a career its has been. 3 year old all weather champion, 4th at the Breeders Cup, a listed winner in France, along with races in Canada & Sweeden.

Archie has done an incredible job to manage him in the last few years and he still loves his racing. He has always had tons of ability, combine that with a terrier like approach and guts to dream of, hes the horse of a lifetime.
